My house mate Og and I were in my room one Saturday afternoon when an idea popped in. I immediately shared my thought with Og. After we talked about the possibilities of the project, we prayed a short prayer, took out our pen and paper and started planning. The idea was to feed Tunde’s friends and the other children in that area (more about Tunde in “Plight of an African Child” post). I put a call through to a highly efficient and creative friend of mine to make the poster for the outreach. We called some other people to know what we would need to make this plan a reality. As far as I was concerned, it was Game On. LESSON 1: When you have an idea, share it with like minds ONLY. When you decide to take up a challenge or task, don’t stop, don’t settle and don’t wait. Team work is very powerful and produces impeccable results.
